Veon founded HotelsHR Hong Kong in 2001, as a boutique agency it was fully engaged in key executives searches for renowned hospitality groups in Asia such as The Peninsula Hotels, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Wynn Macau and Galaxy Macau. Today, HotelsHR is highly successful but is still known for its boutique service. In 2006, Veon expanded the business with the Beijing office and in 2019 further set up the Kuala Lumpur office. With its three offices’ synergy, HotelsHR have now risen to be the leading hospitality recruitment firm in Asia, with a sound reputation as a trusted long-term partner and a firm with an established loyal candidate following.

With her passion for helping candidates to fulfill their full potential as well as being mindful of their wellbeing, Veon understands what is most important to a candidate!

Veon holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey, UK.

C.C. is a veteran in the hospitality industry for over 35 years in hospitality education and consultancy, obtained the CHA qualification as early as in 1990; Having worked for The Hilton and The Peninsula Clubs & Consultancy Services, taught in The HK Polytechnic University Hotel Tourism Management as Senior Lecturer for 11 year during its formative years, and has conducted innumerable HR projects for The Sheraton, Howard Plaza, The Garden Hotel, The Sino Hotels and The HNA Hotel Groups across China, Taiwan, Thailand and Hong Kong.

C.C. is also Adjunct Lecturer of Human Resource Management at SPACE, the University of Hong Kong and specializes in mystery shopper and employee satisfaction survey.

Stephanie, based in Beijing, is the Sourcing Manager for HotelsHR. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Computation Science at Huaqiao University, China. After graduating in 2007, she joined HotelsHR and has played a vital part in developing and managing the regional database where she sources and proposes quality talents for our corporate clients around Asia. She constantly stays up to date with the hospitality industry news and introduces market updates to our candidates.

Kath is a Senior Consultant, she graduated from the Les Roches Hotel Management School, Switzerland and earned a Diploma in Food & Beverage and Hotel Management. She joined HotelsHR in 2006 and spent six years in the Shanghai Office before relocating back to Hong Kong. Prior to joining HotelsHR, Kath was in the hotel catering business as Head of Catering, Sales Department within a 5-Star Hotel.

Vincci was an intern for HotelsHR during her studies. She graduated from one of the Universities from Toronto.   She re-joined HotelsHR as a Consultant in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2016. Vincci has 15 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry where she has previously worked for renowned Hotel groups, including; Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Marriott Hotels Toronto and Hilton Toronto. She spent 2 years in operations (both Front Office and Restaurants) before moving into Sales, Catering and Marketing Department.

Since 2012, Mabel have been stationed in the Beijing office as a Consultant. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Translation and Chinese from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has an excellent background in the Marketing & Communications. She has been in the Hotels industry since the 1990’s, working in various cities, including Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing.

Joined in 2014, Tinna is currently a leading Consultant at HotelsHR. Born in Taiwan, Tinna studied at the Hotel Institute for Management in Montreux, Switzerland. Prior to joining the company, she gained dynamic experiences in public relations, marketing communications, corporate communications and event management and has experiences in the entertainment and hospitality industry, in sizable business corporations and PR agencies.

As a Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, Roy joined HotelsHR in 2019. He was born in Malaysia and started his career as a journalist before joining the banking and in-service industries. His later collaboration in the M.I.C.E sector was an eye-opener which made him see the wonderful world of the hotels industry. He believes that the cycles of the hotel industry is a profound and long-standing one, which in a way, gives him the sense of challenge and the motivation to move forward.
